“Wood Nymph” came about while Lillora was in college. She was playing Chopin for fun and hit an incorrect note during a final chord – this combination of notes was the seed from which Wood Nymph was born.
Four verses were originally written, but we streamlined the lyrics for this new version.
Wood Nymph is is the first of a series of three pieces loosely inspired by nymphs in Greek mythology. It is the most melancholy of the three.
P.S. This is a newer, better recording than the one used in our Youtube video :)

lyrics
I am alone
I long
For someone
To come and
Discover me
So soon
For I am here
With lonely tears
So please come to me.
Here I dwell
Within
Green leaves
Brown, rough bark
But trapped oh
Come to my tree
Draw me out
I shall emerge
shining for you.
